Happy 2017!

As we begin this New Year, I want everyone to enjoy this year by doing these things that might make your year a little more joyful.

1. Love and appreciate yourself more

You should love yourself and embrace yourself and not try to change based on other people’s comments.

2. Try to be and stay healthy

Exercising, sleeping well and eating healthy can increase your metabolism. Also being healthy is different from staying healthy because being healthy for a day or a week doesn’t count but staying healthy becomes the hard part.

3. Do what fulfils you and makes you happy

When you follow your passion and not try to impress others you’re creating happiness for yourself.

4. Spend more time with your loved ones

Spending time with the people that you love and that are important in your personal life make your life more enjoyable .

5. Surround yourself with positive people

When you surround yourself with positive people that you admire or inspire you that do good you eliminate negative energy that could reflect on you and you become negative.

6. Stay relaxed

You don’t always want to be stressed out or agitated because that increases your blood-sugar and affects your health.

7. Be kind

When you’re kind and you put other people’s needs before yours (sometimes not all the time) or you give someone a compliment every day it makes the world a happier, more peaceful and enjoyable place.
